Founded by Cheryl Farthing, our approach combines years of hands-on experience in sound healing, yoga, meditation and teaching. Alongside instruments, we offer customised one-to-one sessions and in-person training designed around the individual - practical, intuitive, and tailored to real people rather than rigid formulas.
