Meinl Sonic Energy Pala Seed Chime

This Seed chime has pala nutshells, attached to a solid piece of mahogany, create a unique, versatile chime instrument.

The  Seed Chimes are played by shaking, or running your fingers  or a wand along them . But unlike typical chimes, they offer a completely different sound profile.

Pala chimes have a soft, gentle sound more suited to a smaller space. They create a gentle, organic sound reminiscent of falling rain with a soft, textured rhythm that is soothing without being overly melodic.

Beautiful for meditation, sound baths, yoga, ceremonies and intuitive sound work, they can be used to create subtle movement and texture within a soundscape.  I particularly like combining these with frosted crystal bowls and they are light enough to hold in one hand while you play.

A beautiful instrument for bringing the sounds of nature into your practice.
